Hi, my name is Jenna, and I am the proud owner of Griffden Consulting.

I have been working in the mining (specifically drilling) industry for over 15 years. I have experience across all functions including; site administration, safety systems, training and development, logistics, travel, contracts, audits, QA/QC, project management, international work permits and visas, and much, much more. However, my biggest passion and interest lies within Human Resources and Finance.

I started my drilling and mining journey in sleepy ol’ Moranbah in Central Queensland, as a wide-eyed 20-year-old. Since then, I have grown and developed into a confident 30-something professional, experienced business woman. I have spent time on many mine sites in Queensland, Northern Territory, Victoria and 10+ years in Papua New Guinea.

Starting my own consultancy business is something that I have always wanted to do, and in 2024, I received the push out of my comfort zone I needed, and here we are - Griffden Consulting is officially born!

I can’t wait to see what we can acheive together!
